See All ReviewsI picked up around 1pm today & my meats were frozen. This is actually the very first time I have experienced my beef coming home still frozen. Really disappointing because it does seem like a family-owned shop with a mother & son working together. Maybe they are still in the middle of renovating because the place looks a bit run down. Soup lacked the "beef" flavor & seems like they use the pho powder you find at the grocery stores. Im sure many shops do that nowadays. & very little bean sprouts/mint leaves/thai basil were given.
Had a wonderful Pho experience at this kind mom and shop restaurant. Would love to come back with more friends to support. Thank you to the kind cashier who was also my server and apparently chef also.
I was in the neighborhood and wanted to eat Vietnamese Food. So I checked out Pho Van. The restaurant's food was pretty good. I ordered the pork and egg rice plate. The lady was very kind and courteous. Since today was Chinese Lunar New Year Lunar, when I gave her a tip, she gave me a Red envelope with a $2 bill inside 🧧. Wow! so thoughtful and kind.
