Came in at 6pm on a Friday. The lady taking our order was very rude when we we ordering. She then came back and literally threw the chopsticks at our table and walked off. When she brought the dishes she slammed them on the table. She didn’t talk to us at all. At 6:30pm she changed the sign to Closed. It shows they close at 7pm. I assume she was rude because she didn’t want customers. We ended up being charged over $60 plus tip for a hostile service and not great food. I checked and noticed they charged me an extra $10 but did not give me a receipt. Will not be returning
I found this family owned business, as we were traveling through Charleston WV. I am so happy I looked up Pho Near me. I ordered the #12 Pho and it was phenomenal. The broth is wholesome and not oily, the rare beef was perfect and the well done brisket is soft too. I am very happy with my order. If you're ever looking for a pick me up, I recommend trying this place out. Just what I needed 😌 The service was quick too, ready in 10mins. Highly recommend They put all additions on the side so you can mix to your liking and preference. Great service
