I ordered bun ga noung to go which is a dry noodle dish that needs a special sauce to go with it. The sauce is a major part of the dish bc otherwise is very dry. I drove all the way back (20 min) to get the sauce and asked for something small for the mistake like a eggroll or something and the poor girl who made the mistake went and asked the cook in the back and she was told that if they did that it would come out of her paycheck! Wow! Then I demanded to talk to management because that’s not okay. My understanding is that is illegal. Employees make mistakes! Then the cook proceeded to tell me no one was there to take my complaint. I WILL find a way to get ahold of the owner to address this. Completely inappropriate. Our server was really great!!! (short pink hair, didn’t get name)We truly felt taken care of. I would go back just to get that awesome quality service. Enjoyed the evening eating in the outside area :)
First time here and I ordered bun cha nuong. The chicken was so thin and small, and they only gave me one piece of chicken. The fish sauce doesn't even covered the whole bowl of noodle make it bland taste. My bowl doesn't even have peanut in it. I didn't even finish the thing. Kinda disappointed. Friendly staff tho.
