Very disappointing experience. The two servers were not very friendly and seemed distracted throughout our visit. While I understand that some servers do not take notes when taking orders, we had to ask for and confirm our shrimp rolls three separate times, which was frustrating. On top of that, one person in our group ordered the chicken vermicelli, but the server brought pork vermicelli instead. This mistake, combined with having to repeat our order multiple times, made it clear that they were not paying close attention to what customers were ordering. Unfortunately, the service was poor from start to finish. I would not come back and would not recommend this restaurant to others.
Third time back in Midland, and I was excited to try another pho place. The pho here was average, with nothing particularly noticeable about the broth or spice profile. It also had very little meat. On the bright side, I decided to try the salt and pepper shrimp, and it was good. It lacked some of the heat and flavor that I was used to when I lived in Chicago, but I still enjoyed it. Overall, I would come back for the salt and pepper shrimp, but not for the pho.
Love it here!! The food always satisfies, and the drinks hit the spot. By far the best Pho around! Can't leave out the incredible staff! Loyal customer for years, and never had a less than excellent experience.
