6 months agoI am surprisingly impressed with their cauliflower crust vegan cheese pizza. I’m currently on dietary restrictions and this definitely satisfied my craving!

9 months agoThe moment we walked in, the smell of fresh pizza was amazing and the restaurant was extremely clean ! My family and I were greeted warmly, and An employee, Brisa helped us since it was our first visit. She was so patient, kind, and handled the busy rush with ease. Our food came out quickly, tasted great, and was really good quality. Wonderful first experience, we’ll definitely be back!

9 months agoThe food is delicious. Though the customer service by their server Brisa is really bad, makes you feel likes she’s giving you the pizzas for free. Barely answers you and treats you like you garbage. I paid $27 and left there feeling very uncomfortable and uneasy on LABOR DAY!!! Worst part is I called her manager and said she would talk to her on WEDNESDAY, this bad service happened TODAY, I can’t believe it :/ . That’s how much the customers are cared for :( but the pizza is yummy though ❤️

Edited 3 years agoI walked into the small pizza shop in Horizon, Texas, and was immediately greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked pizza. The interior was clean and unassuming, with a few tables and chairs scattered around the room. As I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed a small sign advertising the option to have your pizza made right in front of you - a unique feature that I had never seen before. I decided to give it a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza, requesting that it be made fresh in front of me. The friendly staff quickly got to work, rolling out the dough and adding the sauce and toppings right before my eyes. It was fascinating to watch the process and see the care and attention that went into every step. Once my pizza was ready, I took a seat and took a bite. It was delicious - the crust was crispy and chewy, and the cheese and pepperoni were perfectly melted and flavorful. While the pizza was admittedly a bit small, it was still filling and satisfying. As I ate, I couldn't help but notice the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the shop. The staff members were all smiles, chatting with customers and making everyone feel at home. It was clear that this was a place where people came not just for the food, but for the experience. As I finished my meal and prepared to leave, I felt grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem of a pizza shop. While it may not be the biggest or most well-known pizzeria in El Paso, it certainly holds its own when it comes to taste and quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and unique pizza experience in the Horizon area.

Edited 3 years agoPlaced order on app and was advised it would be ready in 20 min. Arrived right on time and they haven’t even made it yet. Wasn’t greeted when I stood by the pick up counter for at least 10 min. When I received my order it was missing after bake topping. I asked for it on both my pizza’s and when I checked in my car was still missing on one of the pizzas requiring another trip inside to wait and ask for the topping. What a dirty restaurant. Wow what happened Pieology? Disappointed *******update ********* Sorry Pieology, we tried to give you a second chance but…..came to have lunch with my son. Ordered pizza on the app. The pie rise crust was as flat as the thin crust. Told the worker and she said the chef changed the recipe. I told her perhaps the yeast died. She didn’t offer to make a new pizza or anything. We were served BAD dough and was sick for the next 24 hours 🤢 didn’t even finish the pizza. Sent a survey and heard nothing. Bad service BAD DOUGH. Sorry Pieology that’s the last straw.

4 years agoPretty good pie. They let you load the topping up pretty good. The staff were friendly and seemed happy working here. I grew up on Chicago pizza so its hard to give 5 stars so I give it a 4. About $10 for a pizza good size.

4 years agoThis was my first visit to Pieology Pizzeria. I was very impressed with the level of service and taste of the pizza that I created. The crust was baked perfectly, not burned or undercooked. The ingredients were fresh and extremely delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning to try different ingredients on my pizza. 🍕😋
