Attentive service, delicious and authentic food! Will be returning to try other dishes.
I walked in today (Sunday afternoon) to get a to-go order of Lamb Shank with Rice and Vegetables. It was going to take 15 minutes for the order so I sat down and the manager brought in a complimentary Humus and hot bread for me to enjoy while waiting for the order. I felt that was very good gesture. When my order arrived it was packed very nicely. The Lamb Shank was placed in a hand made Aluminum bowl (from the aluminum foil). This kept the meal hot until I returned home. I was very pleased with the service today.
I have been tring to resolve a charge with the owner for over a week now. Recently he hung up on me when I called. Very very poor customer service!!!!!! Pineland is not sutiable for business luncheons. I had them provide food for my office luncheon and everything has been a disaster ever since. We will never purchase from them again!!
