See All ReviewsNot attentive to customers at all. The lady working was talking on the phone with her headphones in while we, the ONLY people in line, stood there waiting. Don’t bother coming if you only speak english, once you say something they write you off because they can’t understand you even when you’re simply gesturing toward what food you want. Took way too long and a long line formed behind us by the time the food was packaged. Food is always inconsistent, today was an off day for them.
Happy to find Pinolandia in West Palm Beach since we love Nicaraguan food from Miami. Ordered the carne asada plate with maduros, fried cheese, and gallo pinto — everything was excellent, especially the gallo pinto. The place got busy right around noon, clearly a local favorite. Minor hiccup with a delivery pickup, but overall a great meal and experience.
Pricey food for uncooked rice and beans and the meat was completely red. I was truly disappointed. Customer service is not the best as they take their sweet time for just one plate. I will not be returning and it’s unfortunate given that it is the only Nicaraguan fritanga in the area
