The young lady at the counter is highly rude! We have never been here before to start. We walk in and we see tables and go up to order and state for start We would like, then she said with a condescending attitude you know we don't have dinning in right? I said we will leave then. Not a great start to a first impression. Very sad.
When i called to asked questions I could barely hear the person that answered. I asked what was the minimum for delivery, how much the delivery charge was, and if they did crust toppers. Minimum is 10 for delivery, 8 bucks for delivery and to have them just butter the crust, as they do not normally, it's an extra 2 bucks. I said thank you for the info, but other places but butter on crusts for free, have a good night. The person on the phone said there was no reason for me to be rude about it! I'm sorry, but why pay 2 dollars when almost every place does that for free? And for context, I only wanted a small pepperoni and mushroom. I will never order here now for 2 reasons.
It's the 4th of July, I'm hungry after just getting off of work thinking nothing is going to be open but I was wrong. There's nothing more American than entrepreneurs keeping their business open for their customers on a holiday weekend. Y'all could have been out celebrating and having a good time but you were at work doing what you do - making amazing food, extremely fast - and I want you to know that made this steak & cheese sub the BEST sub I've ever had in my life.
