This is the first time I’ve ordered from this establishment. The pizzeria I used to go to had to close due to a major increase in their rent, so I figured I’d give them a shot. I ordered two pies. For the large regular cheese pizza it wasn’t cooked properly so the pizza crust with soggy. Also, they put it in a smaller size box than the 16 inch size and it was folded over. The other Pizza was a square with extra cheese. It did not have extra cheese on it. The taste of the sauce was fair, at best. I will give this place another try down the road. Maybe this was a one time issue. But suffice it to say I wasn’t happy.
So I ordered a large plain pie today and was told 40 minutes.It took an hour and 15 minutes. OK I can still live with that,things happen.i get my pizza,its cold. So I call immediately and say hey it took over half hour longer than I was told and my pizza is cold. The girl on the phone who also took my order says ok,so what do you want me to do? Seriously? Lol idk bring me a hot one and take the cold one back? Such great customer service,not. Myself and co workers will order from somewhere else from now on.
Ordered a Margharita pie and a salad for the first time tonight. It was close to home and wanted to try it. Checked out the reviews and thought we'd try. We'll, not again. The pizza had too much cheese and the tomatoes in the salad were hard. Very disappointing:(
