See All ReviewsWifey and I decided to eat out at a place we haven't ate in a while. So pizza and sub is it. I highly recommend it..... We haven't ate here in a while because the last time we were in here we did have a bad experience, but now it seems that everything has changed for the better. It is 100% more friendlier. The staff is great and the food is delicious.... Two people will eat well for under $20
Ok, I've been sleeping on this place forever. I've always known it was there but it just wasn't on my radar because it's not really a "local" place to where I live, but it seems to be a local favorite to those that know. We ordered in (they have 4 tables, seating about 10 people) and it only took about 15 minutes for them to bring out our food all while a steady stream of what appeared to be regulars came through to pick up their orders. The current owner is the son (and his wife) of the previous long time owner. They are only the 3rd owners in the near 50 year history of the place and they spoke to everyone, including us like we were good friends. They seem to really care about their customers and are having fun doing it. Anyways, on to the food, we had the prime rib dip sub, a 14" thin crust deluxe pizza (with 3 extra toppings), deep fried pickle spears on the side and a giant Dr Pepper. Plenty of food for 2 with a meal for each of us left over all for 40 bucks. The 10" prime sub was top notch with awesome au jus for dipping. The pizza was just the way we like, thin and crispy with sauce and toppings edge to edge and cut in squares. The toppings were plentiful and fresh tasting with a really good traditional style sauce with just a touch of sweetness and plenty of cheese on top. The pickle spears? C'mon, man, who doesn't love deep fried pickles? Get you some of this soon, you won't be disappointed.
The best deluxe pizza in town. Their thin crust is always the perfect amount of crisp. Club sub is a go to, their bosco sticks with the special seasoning slap. My son says they have the best marinara dipping sauce in town. Garlic cheese bread is amazing. They use to have a buffalo chicken BLT sub that was amazing. They are always coming up with new amazing subs.
