3 weeks agoWonderful atmosphere, great staff so kind and welcoming, got the burger and fries the fries didn't have much flavor but the burger was great the chips were super good over all 10/10 experience!!!! Very cheap food too(CASH ONLY)

3 months agoDined here when staying at Davis Mts State Park. The staff at the state park recommended it. All the locals eat here. Only open at lunch and cash only! Very basic, good Mexican food. Family restaurant has been here for many years. Will return.

11 months agoThe original owner of 40 years has turned this over to one of her sons but still supports him as a cook. The food was delicious. The prices were incredible. Just remember, it's cash or check only.

a year agoThere aren't a lot of choices so we picked this. We arrived before it opened and as soon as it did, it was packed. Cash only, good wasn't bad.

2 years agoFood was excellent with great prices. The lady that took our order was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. I order the enchi burrito. It was amazing. The beef was spiced to perfection and the sauce that came with it was very good. Just a word of caution, it was a little on the hot side which I loved.

Edited 2 years agoThere are very few options in town, so this is very packed, with that said, it feels as if inside restaurant orders wait behind to-go orders because it took a super long time to get our food. Once served, a waitress checks in a good two times, but she's very busy, so it's a peak in sort of service. Food was OK better than nothing. Side note I ordered the "smothered Chile relleno," but nothing was smothered. We didn't bother to ask or talk to anyone about it, given that it had already taken so long to get served. It's reasonably priced, and it looked like a lot of locals would stop by and pick it up their orders to go, so it must be a go-to place. Food was mediocre.

4 years agoThe food was delicious and very reasonably priced. You can get a hamburger for $5. Everything tasted great and a family of 4 was full and happy for $30. Cash only, so plan ahead.

5 years agoRecommend by 25 year employee at UT McDonald Observatory. Excellent soft shell taco dinner. Taco had one side crisp and the other side moist, kinda like strawberry rhubarb pie you have the best of both. Friendly employees.
