I had the most pleasant experience at Pokerea in Potomac Mills mall with Aaron. My husband and I arrived at the food court 30 mins before closing, Aaron was very knowledgeable about the menu, and delivered the best customer service with a very kind and upbeat attitude. Best service I’ve had in a while and the food was tasty too.
⚠️ warning. Check your meal before you leave for online orders. I ordered a tonkotsu ramen. Which is suppose to come with pork. One slice of meat/pork. Ridiculous. False advertisement since they advertise a photo with more than one small piece or slice of meat for the ramen.
Ordered through DoorDash and was so disappointed at the quality of the food when it arrived. The amount of soup that came for the ramen was almost NOTHING. I was so sad because I actually had higher expectations from this place, but I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
