I had a good experience here. The food was good. I had fried whole wings and catfish with fries, because the BBQ was sold out. If I'm in the area again I'll be ordering BBQ beforehand. Hospitality was 10 of 10.
Lexington is known for BBQ and Pop’s does not disappoint. I got a 3 meat plate with ribs, sausage, and brisket with a side of potato salad, beans, and banana pudding for dessert. It was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be going back.
I’m originally from Texas but have been living in New Hampshire. We decided to go to Snows bbq but we were a little late. When the food runs out the place shuts down but we got lucky and found Pops Lickin and Smacking just around the corner. My goodness the ribs were so tender, sausage links were spot on plus the brisket was amazing. Definitely recommend it. Definitely going back. Thank you for your outstanding service.
