2 months agoHad a pickup order. Avocado was black and hard as a rock with the pit skin still on it. One tiny slice of tomato and one single pickle. Just very disappointing.

3 months agoI always have a great experience and service at this potbelly. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond. Michelle helped me and was very kind. She asked me if I wanted to get another sandwich because they had a BOGO deal and I wasn't aware. When I went back to order, she kept my already made sandwich warm. The food was great! I will be definitely be back!
