If you haven't tried the food from this truck, you’re seriously missing out!! I love that you have quite a few options to chose from. You want enchiladas? Got you covered, red or green? Want a burger? What do you want on it? Want a shrimp cocktail? Saltines on the side or no? Truly something delicious for everyone. The best loaded hot dogs I have ever tried come from this truck and they’re about as customizable as you can get, so even the pickiest of eaters will find something they’ll love. Not to mention that the owner is a sweetheart who you can tell is genuinely passionate about what he does and cares very much about delivering an honest, quality product to his customers. Great food, even better people making it :)
