I love this spot I live in the area the owners are really nice and have great customer service. I ordered from there 5 times and every time I order the food is smoking hot out of the plate just like I like it. The Chicken, Pork, and Ribs are all really, really, good(fantastic) so if you live in the area and have not taste this Jerk Barbecue from this place you are doing yourself a disservice! If you are not from here it’s a must stop!!!!
This restaurant is so unprofessional. I called several times, 6 to be exact before I ordered to get information. They never answered the phone, so I just took a chance to order. They confirmed my order an hour ago and now all of a sudden they cancel it because they don’t have one of the items “lunch special’ that’s crazy. Why wouldn’t you contact me after making me wait for so long? I would’ve ordered something else cause I really needed the soup. Definitely not smart in business or customer service, it sad my kids were looking forward to trying this place.
The lady on the phone provided great customer service and I truly appreciate that. She was sweet and patient. If you have to call in and order this is the place you want to call!
