Great food; the breakfast tacos will revive you. Low key place, but if I’m going anywhere it’s for good food not social media pictures. They had different spicy levels salsa, which I appreciated because most restaurants never carry actual spice. Prices are super reasonable. Hidden treasure. Recommend.
I haven’t had a Mexican breakfast in a long time but now I know what I’ve been missing! The food here was delicious! I got the combination platter, the flour tortilla was warm, soft, buttery, chewy and flaky… the eggs with chorizo and cheddar cheese were tasty… the bacon so crispy and all that rolled in a burrito… mmm mmm mmm yummy! 😋
Location was spotty as far as entering and parking. Server greeted wasn't friendly or helpful as the first time being there. Food quality was underwhelming, no seasoning and extra long waiting
Our First Time here and the food tastes like Homemade. I had a Chicken Fajita Gordita. My grandson had the pancake breakfast plate. My husband Had the breakfast burrito!
This is another "hole in the wall" place in Galveston. Eggs with chorizo, refried beans and new potatoes. Very good. Menu includes many Hispanic breakfast items including breakfast burritos. The green homemade hot sauce - wow! Very tasty.
I was looking for a small place to have breakfast and Primo’s did not disappoint. The seating area was just right for meet-ups, with Latin treatments on the windows and walls, and some paintings. Endless coffee was served all around me. I had the huevos rancheros and the serving size was more than the price would typically have indicated. I will definitely earmark this one for a return visit.
I love Los Primos! It’s my ‘go to’ place for breakfast & lunch for great Mexican food. The green sauce is not for the faint at heart. You must ask for it but it is HOT HOT HOT!!! The HOTTEST on the Island!! Good service, reasonable prices & excellent food!
My favorite go to place for Mexican breakfast. They’re a little slow & there’s only a few tables. But the food is excellent & inexpensive. Chips & hot sauce are great & if you like HOT sauce, ask for the salsa verde. It’s HOT!! It makes my eyes water & they have a roll of paper towels on the table for those pesky runny noses from eating it. Closes at 2:45!
