9 months agoI needed a repair on a high end laptop. Although I can do some of this work myself, this job required the entire PC to be disassembled and I felt it was best done by someone who had done this before. The job was done promptly and well at a very reasonable price, if anything I felt I was undercharged.

a year agoJann is a true professional. He stays in touch with you. He knows his stuff and he’s very trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him. He does work out of his office as well as on site and has been in business many years.

2 years agoJan was very professional and easy to communicate with while I needed my laptop and screen fixed! He was able to quickly identify what the issue was, and was very fair with the pricing. Will definitely be utilizing his services for my future computer repair needs.

3 years agoContacted Jan at Protech to solve and fix a computer hardware failure and he was most accommodating to receive my computer and diagnose the issue. The disk drive was replaced and Jan restored all of my data which was the primary concern. Protech was quick to correctly diagnose the failure and provided the best advice on restoration. They are very customer oriented and know the value of providing good service to build a good reputation. They are first on my list to call again if needed.

Edited 3 years agoI have used Protech Computer Services twice and both times I was more than satisfied. The prices are very fair and the work is first rate. Jan made suggestions on how to fix my computer and the work he did did exactly that. My computer was running terribly before I took it to him and now it is running better than it ever did. I highly recommend Protech Computer Services for your computer repairs.
