Sadly I have a very bad experience on my first day. They told me my order will be ready in an hour, once I arrive 10 minutes before the hour he told me that I have to wait 30 more minutes and he offered me to cancel the order because it was late and I couldn't wait anymore. I called next day to order no body answers (not sure if he has a caller ID and he knew it was me🤣) second day. No answer tire day FINALLY I was able to place an order. When I entered he made a face because it was me the one who cancel last time and to pay they charge you 3.something % if you use a credit card
Pupusas y Antojitos Julia truly deserves five stars! They have the best proposal options and an amazing variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor. The service was excellent, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend them for any event or special occasion, you won’t be disappointed!
I ordered a “pupusa loca” and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at 30 minutes and the order was not ready. The cashier told me it would take another 10 minutes because it was still cooking. After waiting 15 more minutes, I asked again and they said it was “almost ready.” Then 5 minutes later, they offered to refund my money. In total, I waited about 50 minutes, which was a waste of my time. I honestly believe the order wasn’t even being cooked when I arrived because a pupusa doesn’t take that long. I ended up leaving without my order. Very poor organization and honesty about the wait time. Not a good experience.
