I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Pupusería Las Palmas. I was charged for a duplicate order and requested a refund for the amount over $38 that was incorrectly charged. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the business has refused to provide a full refund and has not taken adequate responsibility for resolving the matter. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and accountability shown in handling this situation. Customers should not be expected to pay for duplicate charges, and businesses should make a reasonable effort to correct billing errors when they occur. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the appropriate refund be issued promptly.
