I ordered a total of 4 barbacoa tacos. And 6 birria tacos for a hefty price of $40. Unfortunately these get a thumbs down 👎. The barbacoa and the birria meat used for the birria tacos were not fresh. The barbacoa actually had an after taste. The birria sauce was basically a cup of flavorless oil. I've been reviewing food establishments for quite some time and this one just didn't fit the bill! The air vents look like they may possibly have black mold growing on them, and the food was subpar. Again, unfortunately we will not be returning to this establishment.
This place is good for real. We got a bunch of tacos and Chilaquiles Verdes! Don't sleep on this place it's amazing!!
The pork tamales were so sad. Full of fat and zero flavor. I’ve gotten tamales from public schools & Kroger that tasted better. The bag it was in was burning hot but the tamales themselves were somehow cold?? Idek how you manage to do that. They barely contained any pork (the picture attached is only dough and you can see the wall of dough where there should’ve been meat). I also bit into a huge chunk of fat which is also in the picture. Overall I don’t recommend the tamales 🤮
