Great Cuban food - excellent pan con bistec & Cuban sandwich!
It's a family business, serving Cuban food, with a welcoming vibe. The host is warm and kind, she has that abuela energy and we are up for it. She communicated with us in English and explained the menu patiently. She gave us the guava pastry, on the house, it was not on the menu, some of her friends brought it for her and she shared it with us. So nice of her! The food items we tried were tasty and were presented nicely. You should definitely check this place out if you’re around.
This is the best Cuban food I’ve had in Miami, hands down. Every dish is not only incredibly flavorful but presented beautifully. Anything you pick will probably be outstanding. Do note it’s a small place and nothing fancy. However, it’s my cozy place of choice to read a book while enjoying a great meal or sharing thoughts with dad. I’ve heard customers in nearby tables compliment the food as well so, not biased. If you’re looking to Cuban food, go try it! You won’t be disappointed!
