This is the best, under the radar find in Philly for vietnamese food. If you dont care about ambiance and care about great food and good prices this is it. I had a banh mi for $5!!! And it was better than the one at Ba Le which I know is a franchise but many people go there. The bread is crusty on the outside and super soft inside. The meat is tender and flavorful as well. The pickled vegetables was spot on on made me think of the banh mi I had in VN. Cafe sua da was a little small but it was only $6 but true VN dark coffee with condensed milk. I also loved the authentic menu which really was like home cooking. I am going there each time I visit Philly from now on.
$5 banh mi and delicious!! I can say much more but their price and quality speak for themselves
Stumbled in after grocery shopping because I saw a sign for $5 banh mi. I had the bbq pork banh mi and it was delicious, good sized portion. Definitely an amazing value, and everyone was really nice!
