Had breakfast on a Friday morning during the Christmas break. Found it while walking our way back to the US border. Famished as we were from the long 1.5 mile walk thru the Rio grande bridge, we ordered whatever we could find without pork or beef in our pidgin Spanish. Huevos scrambled and as an omelet, quesadilla. The single lady went to work after she was done with the previous order. And when she brought them to the table, we cleaned up the food real quick. Beans, tortillas nothing spared. Great hot flavorful food all for 23 USD served lovingly in a clean atmosphere. The family won't forget this charming eatery at Ciudad Acuña, our second 3 hour visit to Mexico!
Para empezar, ponen una adictiva salsa verde emulsionada con topos, que no tiene comparación. Son la mar de amables y tienen una variedad de quesadillas que te harán volver para seguir probando todos los guisos.
