See All ReviewsI discovered this gem back in 2022 thanks to my now-husband, who took me on a spontaneous date knowing how much I LOVE Mexican food. From that first bite, I was hooked. If I could’ve afforded them at my wedding, they absolutely would’ve been on the menu, this place is basically where my love story started. ❤️ Fast forward to 2026, and my love for it hasn’t faded one bit. The prices are a little on the higher side, but every penny is worth it. I make it a point to come here at least once a week, and I’ve even converted my mom, she’s officially addicted too. Guilty as charged: I am a loyal Queso Monster for life. 🤍 Now, the food is amazing, but the service is even better. As an African American woman, I know not every space feels welcoming, but this place does. I’m talking consistently kind, genuinely friendly, and always making you feel at home.
I believe I would’ve enjoyed this truck better had they not been out of the two things we came to try, the birria and the esquites. That being said, my classic steak quesadilla was pretty average. Most of what was inside was fat rather than actual meat so that was a bit disappointing. I tried the flamin elote, and my corn had to have been flipped, dipped, and pumped full of butter because it was soooo buttery that all the mayo just disintegrated and the flamin hot Cheetos turned into flamin hot mush. I don’t think I’d personally spend almost 30$ for just myself to get food from here again, but maybe I’ll come back and try the birria?
Food truck right off the road. Great customer service. Got the Queso Monster quesadilla and sunshine lemonade. Prices were very reasonable.
