My husband was traveling home to Grand Rapids and was excited to see a Quiznos as we don’t have one near by. The clerk didn’t even acknowledge him. He waited and she was cleaning the counter area. He rang the bell and she was clearly disgusted she slammed down her washcloth out on gloves and walked over and stared at him. Didn’t say a word. So he waited and she said “what do you want”?! He left. Worst service ever!
I love stopping in here for a sandwich. The girls working are always so nice and prompt. I never have to wait long and they always make my food the way I love it. (Sidenote: Quiznos has way better sandwiches than Jimmy John's and way, WAAAAY better sandwiches than Subway. Lbvs)
I love their subs but was informed today that I could not have lettuce, tomatoes, or onions only what was on the discription. When I told her I have always gotten those toppings, the waitress said they were yelled at by management for doing so, that "this was not Subway." When I mentioned that unhappy customers may leave and go to Subway, she was unconcerned as they "were extremely busy." I will consider goIng to Subway, next time.
I truly do love Quiznos however, this particular location is a place I dread going to every time, and if it were not for my love of of Quiznos, I would rather sit in the waiting room to Hell. They're totally understaffed and only one young lady is working, making the sandwiches and working as cashier. People constantly interrupt her while she's trying to do her job and there's nobody to take over when she's trying to help a customer. If you're willing to wait 15 minutes to a half an hour for a delicious Quiznos sub, I would suggest coming here if not avoid it at all costs.
Pleasant and prompt friendly workers, great sandwiches. I haven't eaten at Quiznos in a long time and don't remember it being so tasty. I went back for dinner and it was still amazing.
Good sandwiches but slowest service ever!!! I mean your in a gas station on the side of the Hwy which means your probably catering to travelers. We were on our way to the airport and didn't expect a almost 40min stop just to get sandwiches!!!
Worst service ever. I showed up last night at 7:43 to order dinner for my family of 5. Waited for 17 minutes while the guy made 4 subs for the guest in front on me. He finished up that order and said sorry we are closed. Are you kidding me, first you let me stand in line for 17 minutes. Second your hours say you are open till 9pm on Fridays. I live right down the road and frequent this place monthly. I will not step foot in that place again. Took my business to subway to get FIVE subs.
Great experience. Although staff and service was a bit untimely, they made sure my sandwich was EXACTLY how I wanted it. Even gave me a free sandwich after I told them the bread was slightly too toasted to my liking. Very eager to please and open to suggestions. Great tasty subs.
