Ribs and sauce did not agree with my stomach but the Philippine BBQ Ribs are tender and can be eaten with a fork. Nice balance between sweet and vinegar flavor. Also a Philippine mini mart.
Ms. Faye was so kind and welcoming! Today was my first visit......it will not be my last! I LOVED the ribs, but more importantly, my MOM loved the ribs! She said 5 stars and even loved the greens and mac n cheese! (She's picky so that's saying a lot!) I'm spreading the word to family and friends and I can't wait to go back 😋
I had the ribs and brisket, the meat was over smoked. I think the smoke temps got too hot and left a campfire taste to the meat. The meat was fall off the bone and the brisket was a good pull, just the smoke ruined the flavor. Great service.
