Though the food is pretty good, I'm done with ordering from them. Recently called in an order got there and they forgot to make it. But instead of trying to get me food, their kitchen was closed so no pizza. Hostess said we'll make it up to you next time we came in. When I mentioned it to her the next time I came in she just looked at me with no expression. No discount. Scant apology. Tonight I ordered online. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:20p. Pulling in to the mostly empty parking lot, the app says now 8p. When I asked if it was really going to take an hour for a pizza I was told they were short staffed. How hard is it to tell the kitchen to make a pizza? Sorry for the bad review, but you guys did this to yourselves. Bon chance - order at your own risk.
The kitchen cannot produce pizza in the quoted time. Told ready on 39 minutes. Arrived 60 minutes for pick up and told not ready - another 30 minutes. Just be truthful and give more accurate time for pickup. After waiting 15 additional minutes, I was told they had not started the pizza. The kitchen was backed up. What kind of management is running this place?
We ventured in last night for a little family meal out. We don’t go out to eat often. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The portions were huge, the food was incredible, and the service was amazing! We will for sure be back!!!
