See All ReviewsI don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The restaurant is cash only- yes, in 2026. This wasn’t mentioned until it was time to pay either. There was also Windex sitting right next to the bread that was later brought to our table. When we arrived, no one walked us to our table—we were just pointed toward the wall and told to sit there. The wait time was quoted at 20–25 minutes, which was reasonable, but we ended up waiting over 40 minutes. The waitress was also rude to us. We weren’t given a choice of soup with the meal, but when we tried to order a bowl for takeout, they magically had another soup after saying the original one ran out. The food itself was actually pretty good, but the service and overall experience made this our first and last time coming here which is disappointing.
We’ve been coming to Ragnacci’s since I was a kid and the food never changed, it’s amazing. Tuesday is there lobster night and my mom loved it. Their Chicken Parmesan is my go too and you always get so much that you can take some home for the next day. A little pricey so we only go for birthdays and other events but it’s well worth it.
What a pleasant surprise. My wife and I had a wonderful Friday lunch here. This is a family run business, and the quality and care is obvious from start to finish. Clean restaurant, friendly server, fantastic food, and great prices. My chicken parmigiana was fantastic and half the price of many Italian restaurant. We will be back!
