Entitled customers ONLY! After eating at Ralph’s multiple times, I thought I had found a new decent place to eat. I stopped by the other day and was next in line at the WALK UP window and stood behind two ladies that had already ordered and were waiting for their orders. To my surprise an entitled “they know me” customer parked at the walk up window and proceeded to barge past the three of us waiting in line and proceeded to force the sliding window open! The Ralph’s employee further shocked me by serving her before the three of us. One of the ladies waiting with me protested that the “woman” was extremely rude to just cut in line. The rude “women” of course responded with her string of expletives and that it was ok, cause they knew her! I exclaimed to her that the World would be a far better place without her.
Love Ralph's! Great burgers. Love their shakes, our favorite is a peanut/chocolate blend! It is a drive thru. They do have picnic tables if you choose.
Not only was the burger damn delicious, when I dropped my peanut butter shake, they absolutely refused to take my money and gave me a replacement for free. Excellent customer service makes me so mad, five out of five stars. Unfortunately not disappointed and will come again.
