3 months agoStopped for breakfast and were very satisfied. Good serving sizes. American fries was a large serving. Great bread choices. Clean place. Server was a sweetheart and very friendly.

3 months agoHad the Roadt Beef, Mashed Potatoes, and Collard Greens special...was very good!! Even had some homemade Pepper Sauce 🌶 for the Collards!!

5 months agoIf you are looking for a local, southern hospitality, small-town restaurant, this is your place! We love going here for breakfast and lunch. Let me tell you, the breakfast is homemade, and the burger is delicious. The prices won't break the bank, and it offers that southern hospitality that Florida has been losing little by little. It's a must if you are going to the Mirada Lagoon, 1000% better than the food at the lagoon. Also, the drinks are amazing, great for some beer or cocktails after work.

2 years agoGreat experience from start to finish! Excellent omelet and biscuits and gravy... was even able to order a mango wheat beer with my breakfast. Very attentive and kind service from the woman behind the bar. Perfect little pit stop at a great price point.

3 years agoAn awesome old school Florida bar and grill. Places like this used to be everywhere and are getting harder to find. I had the fried green tomato BLT and it was fantastic! The fried chicken livers were really good as well, they cut them in half so as to be an easier bite, they were nice and crispy and not over cooked. The beer is cold, and the staff is friendly. I'll be back any time I'm in the area.
