The trail is a little tedious, it features steep hills and slippery slopes. There is also skunk cabbage to be cautious of. The prize is worth the difficulty, though. Cretaceous-age marine fossils including Goblin Sharks, Enchodus Sp, and even the occasional Belemnitella americana fossil show up in the stream. Recommend for paleontologists, rock hounds, and nature lovers.
