2 weeks agoWe went to the Ramble Room with a party of 10-12 people. The staff was very accommodating for a large group celebrating. We were there for happy hour and enjoyed some drinks, appetizers, and meals. The Wagyu burger was absolutely excellent. The drink attached is the Passionate Actress- delicious.

3 weeks agoWe tried this spot and had drinks with all the appetizers. The Cacio e Pepe Oysters were easily the best. Order those with a few drinks and you’ll be good!

2 months agoI hosted an alumni get-together for happy hour and the patio was beautiful and perfect! The apps were perfect for this type of event, and those who ordered dinner were totally pleased with their plates. The service was incredible, and I really can't say enough for how helpful everyone was: from the manager who was eager to help me visualize this event, to the waiter and his trainee who were kind and helpful. Will be coming back!! I highly recommend it for an elevated, fun evening for groups or small groups.

5 months agoA classic that still delivers. Service was on point from start to finish. The crab dip is a full-on moral dilemma! It’s that good. Skipped the tuna tartare as a starter but made it dinner, paired with a wedge salad, no bacon, because I have standards. The blue cheese was aggressively strong, which weak people fear, but I loved. Tuna was pristine, seafood options were plentiful, and overall, this was a very solid Dallas dinner.

6 months agoI thoroughly enjoyed my first time at Ramble Room. The chicken was succulent and the brussels sprouts were very memorable with the savory ceasar dressing. I will definitely return!

a year agoThe Ramble Room is a solid choice if you’re in the SMU area and looking for a place with good food, comfortable seating, and an energetic vibe. The service is friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s one of those places that isn’t my first choice of a place for dinner but I’m satisfied when I do go.
