See All ReviewsThese may have been the best pork ribs I have ever had. Meaty, with a crisp outer crust and very tender and juicy on the inside. Fantastic flavor. I shared a full rack and we still took home leftovers. The tri-tip was equally flavorful and tender. The bread was great. The BBQ sauce struck a good balance between tasty and not being overpowering. Great friendly service. We are now believers.
Im from Texas so Brisket is my thing. I have been wanting to try the Santa Maria Tri tip. The trio tip had good flavor but was a lot tougher than the brisket that im used to. Didn't like their bbq sauce at all. It was really runny and heavy on the honey. I also ordered aan enchilada dinner to go. Will update on that later. Overall, its a nice place. Nice patio and dogs are allowed. Service is eh...ordered inside at yhe register and they bring it out to you. Came at lunch and it wasnt busy but service was slow.
Wow the food is so good. The tri tip sandwich was my favorite. My niece got nachos and they were huge. The fries were crispy and flavorful. We had the patio for a party, it was perfect.
