Many years ago it was Lew's BBQ and this guy was good and had the best stuffed peppers in north Texas. Then Randy took over and continued to make it better without changing ... His peppers will light you up and make you want more...... his chopped beef sandwitch is second to none...best in this area by far Best little BBQshack in Texas
