11 months agoThis is a hidden gem!! The owners are so great and the food is awesome. We went after my daughter returned from Bosnia and the food is outstanding. Great pizza, appetizers and grape leaves. Weiner schnitzel is outstanding. So great.

2 years agoAfter picking up a rental vehicle at ORD, and it being lunchtime, I decided to stop for pizza in Chicago on my way to Wisconsin. Finding this place on Google was a treasure. Owned by a Bosnia family, the food is excellent. I had a pizza which was as good as any pizza I have had in this city famed for that dish. Should I return, I would certainly try one of the more typical Bosnian dishes. While the setting is modest, the food and hospitality are top notch. Worth a visit.

4 years agoFrozen crust used for pizza it was ok When I opened the door I was like wow c someone was smoking between the doors but to my surprise they were smoking in the restaurant

Edited 4 years agoVery interesting old school bar and pizza joint. Looks closed from the exterior. As another review stated, there is a cigarette smoke smell upon entry but didn't overpower. After a sip on my cocktail I forgot... Our customized pizza was great. Thin crust with Bosnian sausage and fresh toppings. Greek salad was crisp and good size for two. Bartender needed a little help mixing a Martini but could pour a nice Chivas 12 yo scotchy scotch. Bathroom was a "C" , small, clean, tidy but outdated. $42 for two plus tip. I'd recommend for good food and service but ambiance is lacking.
