went this morning but they were closed even though operational hours online said they were open.
I used to come here almost every day, and my family and I absolutely loved this place! Since we recently moved a bit farther away, we hadn’t visited in a long time. Today we decided to stop by for a snack, and honestly, I left pretty disappointed. I usually order the Tostilocos with the purple bag Tostitos (iykyk 😂), and when I asked for the same thing today, I was told it would be an extra $2.50 just because I wanted actual Tostitos chips. I asked the cashier why, and she explained that their regular “Tostilocos” are actually made with plain nacho chips instead of Tostitos. That was really surprising and disappointing to hear, especially considering the name of the item. I ended up just ordering an elote en vaso instead. On top of that, the attitude from some of the employees felt very unfriendly and hostile, which made the experience even less enjoyable. I truly used to love coming here, so it’s sad to see the experience change this much.
I really liked the attention, how fresh the fruits were and the atmosphere of the establishment was, very clean and tidy, I recommend it to everyone.
