Loved their butter chicken, chicken biryani, and chicken 65!! Generous portions and good price. Thank you!
Worst customer service posible you will get here, person at counter was so rude and prices are really unfair as compare to nearby shops.. never going again.
Prices are too high and really unfair some of the products are 100% above its retail value as compare to shop near by , i would never buy from here, and the person working there has not regards of customer.. customer service zero..
Their $6 dollar chicken biryani is so good it touched my soul, I felt like my soul left my body danced and came back inside on every bite
The staff is really nice and helpful. The store is well kept. Halal and fresh produce (call before going) they keep it ready for you to pickup. And they have a variety of options for food samosas & chi roll is the best . there is biryani too which is nice and lots of options
Please do not lie to your customers!!! Be honest if you want your business to grow. I just bought a bun kabab for $6.99 and I was told by the guy at register, there's two kababs in it. What I got instead was one kabab, cut in half and placed to look like two. When I went back there to ask him why did he lie to me, instead of apologizing, he said how can you fit two kababs in one sandwich. Misleading customers about what you're selling is NOT acceptable. Honesty goes a long way in business, and unfortunately, I didn't find it here.
It's nice and convenient to have a desi grocery store in the area, and I was excited that they sell cooked meals. But I am officially done buying any cooked items from here. The biryani tastes great, but it is spoiled over 40% of the time and/or on the verge of spoiling another 30% of the time. The malsi boti, chicken 65, Bihari boti, and dam keema are all delicious but slightly too spicy and give me a tummy ache. Milder items are biryani, achari chicken, and chicken karahi. All in all, this place is not for you if you can't handle spicy food. I will return for groceries, but not food.
The shop is nice and they treat customers in a friendly manner. The quality of the goat meat is good. The price of lamb, goat and beef are on the expensive side, but if they reduce it to a price similar to Devon, they will get a lot of customers. Also, make sure to check the weight of your meat before and after they process it. I had chicken that was reduced by a whole pound between them weighing it and after processing, which should not be possible. I like this shop and appreciate their quality, so if they reduce their prices I will definitely seek out their products.
