The pizza here surprised me. Normally I am very sauce focused on pizza in how it enriches the flavors of the pizza, but here the sauce was very light relying on the toppings and crust to handle the flavors. They did not disappoint! My wife and I ordered the Omars Favorite. When we received the pizza I noticed another surprise that I am not accustomed to, but wish I could find other places that fo this now too! The meats were cooked in the cheese like normal. The olives and peppers were added after baking that seem to make their flavor more full. They brought us out a garlic knot to share. The flavor and texture were so amazing that my wife and I heavily debated buying an order. We even searched for the closest place to get them from a store near where we live since they sell them in stores as well.
Best Pizza in the city, super quality ingredients, amazing customer service. Family owned, super nice brothers.
Ready Dough Pizzeria never disappoints. The dough is always fresh, the pizza comes out hot and perfectly cooked, and the flavors are on point. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the quality is consistent every visit. Easily one of the best pizza spots in Hialeah.
