How inconvient that you must go into the store to get a gas receipt. I was told the outside printers are broken. Hmmm, this has been going on for many months. Trying to make people come into the store, hoping that they will make a purchase? That's my bet. Thinking the print option on the pumps has been turned off, as the edit says for receipt come into the store. Poor customer service!
Stopped for gas, the pump did not work. Went inside and was told "Most of the pumps don't work when it's raining". Are you kidding me??? Had to wait several minutes to even get my money back to go elsewhere since she was cleaning the bathroom and the other person there was eating and would not even get the girl. You are in the wrong business snk fuel
Stay away from this place. The last three times I was there they didn't have any pennies for change. I know it's only pennies but I'm a principle person. If the price is $3.96 and I give them $4 I expect my 4 cents change. Had it happened once, ok stuff happens. ( as a business owner myself I would have eaten the penny, given a nickle back and know I just made good faith with a customer) But the last three times...cmon you are stealing from people. There is a bank across your parking lot, get the change.. or I guess you are enjoying the few extra thousand dollars a year you make with this little scam. And your not paying taxes on those earnings.
Tried to get gas at this gas station 5 days ago and the pumps stopped working but my card was still charged. 5 days later and I still have a $50 hold on my card. Bank told me I have to contact the merchant and the attending Rep was extremely unhelpful, stood there with his hands folded and refused to assist in any way saying the system is automatic and “we’ve never had his issue before”. This is my first time having an issue like this but trust me when I say, this experience put an extremely sour taste in my mouth.
If I could submit this review without clicking on a star, I would give this location zero stars. I had a horrible experience here! Something was wrong with the pump nozzle and it didn't shut off. Gas overflowed and was all over the ground, my car, and me! I went inside to tell the cashier and he blamed it on me, said I didn't know how to pump gas (I've been pumping my own gas for 30+ years), then said something was wrong with my car, and that there was nothing they could do. Without even looking at it, he totally denied that there was a malfunction in the pump nozzle. Other than going there for gas in the first place, the other mistake I made was not realizing the very strong gasoline odor when I got out of my car was most likely because the same thing that happened to me must have happened to others before me. The gas may be cheaper here, but any savings ended up all over the ground, my car, and me. In fact, I'm certain I lost money because despite the gas overflowing, they still insisted on charging me for the gas that continued overflowing when the pump nozzle wouldn't shut off. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Diesel fuel on the sign says $4.55. At the pump $4.65. On the pump cash and debit same price. Gas on the sign. $3.47. On the pump $3.59.
I got my gas today for 30 cents cheaper than any place else! I stop here as often as I can when in the area. Most people don't look at the pump info, but the price their sign is showing on the road is for if you are using cash or debit. If you use credit it is 10 cents more.
Since they've opened i haven't gotten gas or drinks from anywhere else . those gas prices are the best.. the staff is the best and the store is clean and smells clean so happy the owner that took over did ... He's doing an amazing job and can't wait till the food court is open
