This family running Raggae Flames is simply the nicest. Went in for my first time and carried on a conversation like this wasn't our first interaction. Their food is absolutely outstanding and reasonably priced. I will 100% be going back; simply fantastic authentic Jamaican food
I ordered a meal from here and had a mix up with my order. The food was delicious but the mix up with the order frustrated me (I’m a big gyal, I get overly invested in my food 😭) Well the owners went out of their way to kindly explain the situation and to make things right. I can tell they care by the way the food is tender, flavorful, and authentic in the Caribbean tastes and seasonings. But the caring really also shined in the way the customer service took time to go above and beyond to rectify the minor mix up. Highly recommend this restaurant, the oxtail meal in particular.
