2 months agoThey fell off. Their food use to be really good they use to have good deals and food use to taste good. Now they act petty with the portions they don’t give you a full quarter chicken they skimp you on the meat and they don’t listen to instructions when you tell them not to put certain sauces on the food or you tell them to add gravy etc they do what they want to your food and not what you ask they use to have lunch specials but now if you order the lunch specials they give you the old chicken or meat that has been sitting out or they re cook the old meat you can taste that the meat is old. They only give you the new meat when you order the non specials. Don’t come here looking for a deal because the food will be expired. Also if they see your skin tone is white they shorten you of portions. I send my black family members in and they give me full portions. If I go in my skin tone looks white they give me 2 pieces of chicken when I order a quarter they also don’t even give me a full 2 pieces of chicken they shorten it and give me light amount of rice and beans and they charge me more. They only favor people that they think are their race. I also seen them shorten a man once telling him they didn’t have change for him and were very rude. How do you not have $1 in change to give back to your customers. I would rather go next door to little Cesar’s for work lunch or to Their customer service is VERY OFF!! Or around the corner to hooks fish and chicken where they also have lunch specials and they don’t shorten you of the portions based off the color of your skin. Reggaes poor customer service and the attitudes they have when serving the food and poor listening skill are what will be the down fall of this restaurant being open. The owner needs to have a serious talk with employees and when offering a lunch special why mistreat people when they order the lunch special how about just not having lunch specials if your going to to have an attitude when they order it and serve them the really old food meat and dried up rice instead of the fresh meat and rice. We can taste the difference between freshly cooked and older re heated up food

4 months agoI should have took the advice of the others. Ordered oxtail for $20 cabbage was cold like literally straight out of the fridge. The establishment had a bad odor when you first walked in. Overall, 🗑 never will I eat there again.

5 months agoI don’t like writing reviews at all but yall have to know Jamaican patties Definitely frozen Not Fresh oxtail not worth it way too pricey at this location for the amount they give you, the curry chicken probably the best one I had around also there brown stew chicken almost everything is really good flavor but just know that you will wait for ever they don’t have a good of enough flow going with there Service mind you the food is already made all they doing is fixing the plates as the orders come in I came in today around 11 there’s only one person in front of me just paying there was only one cashier n you can see the cook in the back the cashier he just came turn around went to the back n me a my friend was waiting for like 15 minutes will we are in are lunch break from work trying to buy some damn jomaican patties the move way way to slow and they was not busy at all there was little one person in front he got his food n left I definitely don’t recommend if u in ur lunch break

6 months agoService at new location is horrible. Soups are watered down, jerk flavor is as it should be and customer service from the owner lacks empathy. I've been a customer over ten years and if the staff wasn't flirting with customers then my order would have been correct! The owner could care less and neither do I. Staff dosen't wear gloves when preparing food, hands aren't being washed when they walk in starting their shift. Food sampling from pots in the kitchen. I know their do for inspection, meat cut on board and not cleaned after each meal preparation. Chicken and pork is cut on the same board and the knife used isn't washed either.

8 months agoDONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Came from out of town Food is horrible Oxtails cold, they didn’t even have the common decency to warm the freaking food up. Rice a day old just pissed me off!

10 months agoI came from work exhausted and this was my dinner. The cabbage was spoiled and smelled horrible. The chicken was burnt and old! Im so disappointed. $15 for pure garbage! They're already closed so I couldn't return it.

2 years agoMy first experience. I went in for a patty. It seem it was sitting for a while. So not fresh baked taste. Had to bring home to warm up. I ordered the jerk pork caused the chef brought it out fresh. I was impressed. Close to the one I had in JA. My daughter is very critical and picky about food and she loves the pork. I will be back to try other menu items.

3 years agoI’ve been waiting for this location to open so I didn’t have to commute to Greenacres. By far the best Jamaican food in Palm Beach. Full of authentic flavor and not overly salted like many of the other restaurants in the area
