This is a great restaurant in Salem! They are meticulous at how they prepare the perfect steak and ribs. You will not be disappointed. I have had their steak, chicken wings and ribs. The meat is so tender and tasty. Definitely come on Friday and Saturdays when they serve the steaks. The pork ribs just melted off the bone and weren’t tough or dry. They put the baby back into baby back ribs lol
