We tried the handmade Gorditas and they were delicious! The agua de horchata and agua de Jamaica was very good too! Can’t wait to go back!
The fish filet plate was good. It was a good portion of fries, rice, and fish for $15. The green chicken enchiladas were also good. The agua de tamarindo was a bit lacking and they didn’t refill the chips. I’m not sure whats the go-to menu item here, as new comers it would be nice to get an idea of what is popular. When we walked in, we weren’t sure if we ordered first or sat first, specially because nobody brought us a menu. Overall, the service was lacking and the food was average. We chose this place for the “let’s support a new business” plot since Gonzalez down the street was so packed, but I don’t think we’d return or recommend it.
