See All ReviewsFirst time at this restaurant, my friend and I stopped by for lunch and absolutely loved the food we ordered. I had a chicken/cheese pupusa and she had a spicy cheese pupusa, we split the fried plantains and dipping sauce (which next time I would get my own order 😬) We split rice & beans, I would order the rice again, only negative was the black beans were very salty. They bring a container of cabbage with an oil vinegar to each table and we split rice and beans I would order the rice again, only negative was the black beans were very salty. They bring a container of cabbage salad to each table to top your pupusas. Complimentary homemade, thick chips rocked and the salsa is very uniquely tasty. Very reasonable prices, and loved everything we had.
First time here. The chips were very hard and stale. The horchata had way too much cinnamon and was a bit hard to drink. They didn't have any tamales so I didn't get to try them. But our waitress was good and the pupusas that we got were very good. My favorite was the loroco with cheese. I would come back again to eat the pupusas.
We have been here twice. The food is very flavorful. We especially appreciate the hand made tortillas. The papusas are very good! Enchiladas are exceptional too. A hidden gem!
