3 months agoCalled to order ahead been a client here since they opened and never had they been rude to me order fresas con crema and Nutella got my order and they just pored Nutella and forgot the crema asked nicely if they could pore the crema they forgot into a cup mind you I had already paid ($14) for it and the lady said no that she couldn’t fix it because that was the order rude service how am I going to order wrong if I’ve I been here a lot of times. Just lost a loyal client

3 months agoLet me just say it wasn't what I remembered. Chamoy was super watered down. I guess it's new owners. He did say they've been there for 6 years though 🫤

10 months agoI went by today & the staff wasn’t welcoming it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there & when I revived my “hot shrimp” it had a cockroach on the shrimp, I gave it back to the person & they didn’t even apologize or anything about it they just took it back & gave me a new “hot shrimp “ but I didn’t even want eat my food anymore because it grossed me out

a year agoI found a hair inside the strawberries with chocolate, also the strawberries were overripe and watery. Don’t recommend. $12 per cup…

2 years agoMy kids and I love coming here, especially cuz if u have a few craving they offer these combos that are amaziiing and very inexpensive!! We love it here and the service is always amazing as well, they make u feel like family here

6 years agoEverybody’s experience could be different and this was mine They have good specials, when we used to go, they did not advertise any of them in store, you had to get the specials from their facebook pictures. I think they are decent specials if its for a couple of people. The service is improving but at times they do get super busy, especially when its close to closing time. You will have to wait about 10-15 mins but of curse if they are busy that means that their snacks are good. I honestly recommend giving it at least one try, you will not regret it
