I am one to read reviews and go in order of lowest to highest the lowest ratings were predominantly a year or more ago the highest were more recent ,,, now to my review . The food was absolutely delicious fresh and with great flavor the egg drop soup is probably the best I’ve had and my jalapeno shrimp was fantastic ! My wife had the General Joe’s chicken and it was also delicious! We will definitely be back
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Kicked out my 78 blind mother and myself because I asked for the dish to be made with the ingredients the restaurant posted on their menu. I ordered chicken chop suey which lists bean sprouts, carrots, snow peas, zucchini, broccoli, and green & white onions. When my dish was delivered it had tons of celery and mushrooms. I grabbed a menu verified that celery and mushrooms was not listed on the dish description. I asked to have my dish remade. Only once returned to table I asked for togo boxes was about to ask for a tea refill. Waitress left again. Went up to the counter to ask for a tea refill and pay. Was told they were out of tea and would not rebrew another pot. I was told they already "accommodated me" would not provide further assistance. I asked how was it an accommodation if I wanted what was posted on their menu. The old lady stated that they remade my food. Also that I did not need to sign the receipt or give tip. I insisted on signing the receipt and getting a copy. The older lady asked me to leave now. I said I would not, that I would help my blind mother at her pace. Which I did. While slowly walking my mom out. The wait staff yelled, (older lady, waitress and two men) at us stating we were being hostile. I called them rude and this was the worst customer service I have ever experience. Old lady told us not to return.
I hate to leave a 3 star or less review on nice people but unfortunately that is were we are at. My Mongolian beef was no to good. It has a reddish sauce and was very different than I am use to having. There was also a weird taste I could not get over. The rice, egg roll, crabragoon,egg drop soup, and tea was good though. My wife's orange chicken had a good taste but the batter was chewy and not crunchy. Our customer service was great though and we will give it another try in a while.
