I've loved this place since 2018! Also I heard Beethoven 5th symphony, Chopin nocturne op.9 no.2, and Elgar Nimrod in your background music catalog. Early Scriabin when? 😅 not late scriabin but probably Op.1-56 works, or most Anh or WoO numbers, not the rest though 🤣

I absolutely enjoy going to rice n fries, not just for the food but the waitress. She is amazing very kind and always remembers what I drink and how many kids I have their ages and just holds a decent conversation. She never lets my drink get low and always on top of her game! She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel very welcome. Just for that I come back.
