5 months agoPlease check your orders before you leave!!! We ordered a burrito dinner with extra meat along with a hamburger combo today. Unfortunately, we have to purchase extra meat at this establishment since they only put enough burnt skirt steak in the burrito to fill maybe a taco and a half. This is the 3rd time something has been missing or left out of our bag. They are very careless. It was not crowded. So today my dinner did not have the rice OR beans in the bag. That is why i purchased the dinner. The beans are from a can the rice is hard. I usually mix it all into the burrito so it is not so obvious. I finally had enough and called the manager. I usually just let it go but dam!!! I thought maybe he is not aware of what is going on? I thought he would like to know. He could care less. He acted as if I was bothering him. I asked the owner why do they always make mistakes. How come they always leave stuff out or give you something cheaper than what you ordered? I never get an extra taco or extra hot sauce so in conclusion they are fully aware and purposely leaving food out. The aldis frozen hamburger patties are horrific. I know mistakes happen. I make them daily. When I called to get the rice and beans i paid for he acted like it was my fault they were left out. No apology, and he hung up on me!!! I guess it is my fault for going back and believing that they could do their job correctly. Do not worry we will not be back. I will pass this message on the block to avoid this dump. Your food is not worth it. It is just open later than the other restaurants we go to.

5 months agoWent for the steak burrito with a large horchata of course. Great little place. Spotless dining area, great cook and pretty waitress.

a year agoMy wife and I placed an order for pickup on 1/31/24. This is our first time at this restaurant. Upon arrival; the cashier had trouble taking/placing the order. Due to a language barrier between my wife and the cashier. We don't speak Spanish and the cashier don't speak English. Who cares right. As long as the food is good. Well, the food was HORRIBLE. The Al Pastor meat tacos were over cooked. I'm serious, the meat was crunchy. The chicken fajitas; the vegetables and chicken were over cooked. The sauce was tasteless and bland. Just horrible, (see picture). I would have bought the food back for refund. The weather was so bad. It wasnt worth the effort or stress. I'm confused on so many positive reviews. Was this a bad night for the cook? Was it on purpose?

a year agoI ordered mixed Fajitas with fries and they were fire! Tell them you want the Rob special it’s with fries just kidding. But this place is a solid 9 1/2 out of 10 on the fajitas.

2 years agoThis small, local business has great authentic Mexican food. The newest additions to their menu are seafood options. And though the prices are higher for those platters, the serving portions are huge and the quality is great, making the price very understandable. The stuffed pineapple was amazing! A bit on the spicier side, if that's something you're worried about. Overall this is a great spot to go to for some great Mexican food, and you're also supporting a small business. Wins all around.
