This place was delicious!! Had the best empanadas in town and the workers were so so sweet
The food here is absolutely delicious; every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is also very comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, the quality of the food was truly impressive. However, the only downside to my experience was the service. The girl who was attending our table seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. She never said “thank you,” didn’t check in to ask how everything was, and had a very indifferent attitude the entire time. It felt unwelcoming and definitely affected the overall experience. Good customer service is a big part of enjoying a meal out, and unfortunately, that part was missing. I would recommend the restaurant for the food and ambiance, but I hope they work on improving the service.
Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy, yet no one greeted or seated us until we asked. Throughout the visit, customer service was lacking—we had to ask to place our order, follow up on drinks, and check on our food. A simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would have made a big difference, but instead it felt as though we were being overlooked. The wait for our meals was close to an hour, and drinks took a long time to arrive as well. The restaurant itself also appeared unclean and in need of a thorough deep cleaning, which did not make for a comfortable dining atmosphere. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill without any prior notice. I don’t mind tipping—in fact, I feel it’s important to recognize good service—but in this case, with such poor customer service, it felt unnecessary and unwarranted. Overall, the food was not worth the long wait, and the service and environment made the visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.
